🌿 What the morning includes:

💨 Conscious Connected Breathwork

A trauma-informed, guided breathwork practice to support regulation and gently shift patterns of holding. You are always in choice — with freedom to slow, pause, or rest whenever you need.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga for Integration

Soft, accessible movement to help your body integrate the breathwork. This isn’t about flexibility or effort — it’s about listening, finding ease, and re-orienting to safety in the body.

🎶 Sound Healing & Reiki

We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath alongside Reiki, allowing your system to settle and absorb the morning through rest, vibration, and gentle energetic support ✨

🤍 This retreat may be especially supportive if you:

* live mostly “in your head” and want to reconnect with your body

* feel depleted, overstimulated, or stuck in fight/flight or freeze
